You may return a product for refund (if due to EvoGadgets error) within 5 working days after you received the product.
If we shipped you the wrong product, or it arrived defective or damaged (You need to make the return within 5 working days after you received the product)
We’re sorry! We will send a replacement or refund you for your purchase, provided the returned item(s) are received back in their original packaging, along with all accessories, warranty cards, manuals, software, etc., where applicable.
We will be responsible for return shipping cost under this type of return.
If you ordered the wrong item, wrong size, or simply changed your mind (You need to make the return within 5 working days after you received the product)
We will refund you for your purchase (minus RM8 processing fee), provided the returned item(s) are received back in their original packaging, along with all accessories, warranty cards, manuals, software, etc., where applicable, provided your purchase is in “as new” condition, and the purchased product was not noted as a clearance, close-out or non-returnable item.

When your return is received in good conditions, you will be issued a refund to your bank account/credit card within 5 working days. Some products may be also be assessed a 20% restocking fee – please ask if you are unsure.

All products warranty period vary according to its individual warranty terms and conditions. It is defined on the EvoGadgets’s websites, the original sales receipt or on the warranty card.
Statutory Guarantees
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Malaysian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
